El Nino Expected To Impact Weather Through Spring (CBS4 Denver)

It looks like El Nino will still be doing its thing on our weather patterns through the end of March. The newest January diagnostic discussion on the weather phenomenon, from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Climate Prediction Center (CPC), is out and shows El Nino strengthened during the month of December 2009.
