AAA calls for comprehensive cell phone ban for drivers (Montgomery Life)

Within days of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives announcing a ban on hand-held cell phone usage while driving, AAA Mid-Atlantic released a statement saying a new study shows that hands-free phones may not be safer than hand-held models while driving. The organization encourages state governments to consider a more comprehensive distracted driving legislation to include all phone models.
